Vaughn McCauley is an innovative and visionary leader as the founder and President of Technovation LLC. His experience in IT Infrastructure and Operations spans over 25 years, giving him a solid grasp on customer service best practices. Committed to building lasting relationships with clients through trust and integrity, he works to ensure their needs are met by delivering the highest quality service. Not just interested in technology stacks, Vaughn is passionate about reducing costs for his customers whenever possible.
When not working, Vaughn loves to share his knowledge of Amateur Radio Operations with others as a licensed operator. He also enjoys keeping track of storms as a storm spotter. In his free time, he spends quality time with family and friends while indulging his inner gourmet chef. With his eclectic interests and skillset, Vaughn brings a unique perspective to every situation.

Experienced engineer and leader with a proven track record at top-ranked security companies ADT Security and Brinks Home Security and the largest Texas non-profit healthcare system, Baylor Scott & White Health. I successfully managed and led diverse teams responsible for IT infrastructure and operations throughout my career. I continuously learned from my talented team members, further expanding my knowledge as an IT engineer.

My diverse background includes expertise in IT infrastructure, IT operations, data center management, design and migration, critical infrastructure design, electrical design, energy management, and structured cabling design. This comprehensive skill set allows me to approach IT solutions with a well-rounded perspective.

Having worked in the security and healthcare industries, I understand the importance of IT system stability, resiliency, redundancy, scalability, and flexibility. These qualities are essential to support critical life safety systems and business needs in fast-paced environments. I prioritize these principles in all my IT solutions while also being mindful of budget constraints and avoiding unnecessary engineering.
